A useful quote starts with your requirements. Share your deadline, approximate quantity and any school purchasing requirements.

TUF uses your details to discuss the products and design direction. Before production, review the artwork, sizes, quantities, price, payment terms and delivery plan in your order agreement. An inquiry is not an order.
What are the prices, minimums and lead times?
These depend on the product, customization and quantity. Include your budget and event date so TUF can confirm the options and schedule for your order. A requested date is not a confirmed delivery date.
Can we discuss samples and sizing first?
Yes. Ask about current sample availability, sizing information and any sample costs before committing to a team order. Confirm the material and fit for the products you select.
Our school needs a purchase order or vendor paperwork. What should we do?
Include your district’s purchasing requirements in your inquiry, or email order@tufsports.us. Confirm the required documentation, payment arrangement and approval process with TUF before placing an order.
What about replacements, returns or an issue with an order?
Ask TUF to confirm the applicable terms for your custom order before approval. For an existing order, email order@tufsports.us with the order reference and a description of the issue.
